Tartaroo

The final Greek word that is translated hell is tartaroo, 2 Peter 2:4

⁴For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell (tartaroo), and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment (krisis);

Hell is the Greek word tartaroo {tar-tar-o’-o}.  It means to cast down to the deepest abyss of hades.  2 Peter 2:4 has nothing to do with believers or non-believers.  It is specifically in reference to the disobedient angels.
