Foremost Event of the Millennium
In the Millennium, there are several events that will occur. This includes the Judgment Seat of Messiah, Marriage Supper of the Lamb and throwing the Devil in the pit. Although these are exciting events, they only lead up to the greater purpose of the Millennium. The foremost event is the Restitution of All Things, Acts 3:20-21. This is when all of mankind will experience God’s love and compassion first hand.
20And he shall send Yeshua Messiah, which before was preached unto you: 21Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.
If you are unfamiliar with this event, note the last part of Acts 3:21.
21Bwhich God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.
All the holy prophets spoke of this event. This includes the Biblical and those to follow, Acts 3:24-25.
24Yea, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days. 25Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.
God’s prophets have spoken of the Restitution of All Things. We need to open ourselves up to the greater purposes of God. If you have not heard this before, possibly you have never listened to God’s holy prophets.
Why the Restitution of All Things is the foremost event is because it is the fulfillment of Genesis 12, Jeremiah 31, Ezekiel 36, Romans 11 just to name a few. It is when the new covenant will come to total fulfillment. Today, we only have an earnest of the inheritance, Ephesians 1:13-14.
13In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, 14Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.
The new covenant in Jeremiah 31:31-34 is only getting underway today.
31Behold, the days come, saith Yehovah, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: 32Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith Yehovah: 33But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith Yehovah, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. 34And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know Yehovah: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith Yehovah: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.
In the future, in the Restitution of All Things, the law will be written in all our hearts, there will be total freedom from the carnal nature. In the future Millennium, the New Covenant will exists in all its fullness.
